Basic Rules

Respect is a must - and it applies to everyone.
No prejudice of color, race, sex or anything else. This may only happen IC
You must be over thirteen in order to roleplay. Sorry, but its in the Proboards Terms of Conditions.
No images over 600x600.
Swearing is allowed, but keep it at a minimum.
All posts must be over 300 words at the LEAST.
Please use good grammar.
No pornography allowed. At all.
Please do not TaLk lYk dIs BcAs It iS vERy AnNoYiNg and I will not tolerate it.
No cyber dating. Please. Thats not what you're here for.
Do not give out ANY personal information (adress, school, last name.)
Fight in OOC and die.
No spamming. Ever.
Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate banning.

In Character

No Powerplaying. That will result in an immediate ban also. If you dont know what that is pm a staff member.
The only creatures allowed to join as are: Horses (tame/wild), Humans and you may have a pet with your chara (but dont play only as a pet).
No more than six characters per person.
Don't create duplicate accounts so you can have lots of characters, I can tell.
The time setting is roughly 2002
No Magic. I dont want to see flying ponies!
Nobody's perfect. So keep it that way.
Also, keep character's original -- no one wants to see fifty Stevie Lakes running about.
All characters MUST be kept active.

Humans

Humans age like this - two months = one year
They can be whatever age, but keep it realistic. I don't want to see any five-hundred year old riders.
Because you are at a riding school, its kind of essential that you ride.
When joining as a human, you can a) create a horse with your chara; b) go out and attempt to catch another players wild horse; c) barter for one at the auctions; d) adopt one of the default horses from the animal shelter; or e) ride one of the riding schools horses.
If you join as a beginner, then you cannot have your own horse. You ride one of the horses at the riding school until you move up to intermediate.
You cannot force another player's wild animal to go with you. It is their choice.
Humans can be from whatever country or religion. Whatever you'd like.
You cannot kill another character unless the player says so.
Characters can be killed off in anyway you like - but remember, they can't come back from the dead.
I will allow children, but nothing graphic.

Horses

Only stallions can claim terras and mares.
A stallion and mare may only breed if both are above the age of three.
You can break free of your captive home, but don't expect it to be easy.
Not every horse has been abused.
There will be no indian horses.
Unless they were originally tame, there are no wild geldings.
The only time a horse may talk english is when it is to another horse. No "Mr. Eds"
Please use realistic colors and heights.
If you're owner wants to breed you with another horse, then you have no say. I'm sorry, but you are owned and you have no choice.
In the wild, stallions may fight for anything they want. Whether it be land, mares, position or pride. The fight will be judged by a staff member.
In the wild, mares can fight for position and pride. Nothing else.
Mares can fight stallions, but be prepared to lose.
This is NOT a light/dark/loner game. Do not make me say it again.

These rules will be updated regularly, so keep checking back. Other than that, have fun and remember copyrights. I swear if I see ANY stolen material, it will result in an immediate ban. You have been warned.
